DEVELOPMENT AND ARCHITECTURE.

The developer: Te Atiawa Iwi Holdings LP

Te Iho Tangata – Te Iho Whenua
Empowering our communities, sustaining our place.

Te Atiawa Iwi Holdings LP is the commercial arm of Te Kotahitanga o Te Atiawa Trust (Te Kotahitanga). This commercial body is responsible for growing the commercial interests of Te Atiawa: and at our
heart is the whenua we live in.

We take a design-led approach to development, which considers how place and community inhabit the space between the land and sky. We design and develop contemporary innovative environments, for life.

Sustainability is critical to us, with a strong focus on community crafted through urban design and development. Our approach is to collaborate
with designers and creatives, who in turn craft highly considered, boutique and beautiful spaces in which to dwell.

We welcome you to embrace what is on offer at Pukekura — The Parade.

"Pukekura – the Parade is an example of well designed, high quality urban living with excellent amenity. The site itself enjoys a prime position, being just 450 metres from the central city and 350m to popular Pukekura Park. We’ve created an exciting and liveable community with 8 clusters of homes, 7 of which respectively front Liardet/Lemon/Pendarves Streets, and one internal to the site. Building forms and cladding are varied, offering an interesting yet cohesive design that also features references to Te Atiawa identity. The setting features a relaxed, clear layout of pathways and roadways with extensive landscaping blending with mature heritage trees. A shared decking space to relax and a boardwalk down to the original entrance onto Lemon Street are further key features. Our hope is that the design encourages its future residents to create a very special neighbourhood community, and ultimately a new way of living in central New Plymouth."
