Director, James Solari, sits on the Board of the Urban Development Institute of New Zealand (UDINZ).

Blac Projects Ltd, is led by local NZILA Registered Landscape Architect Brad Dobson who has significant experience in Landscape Architecture projects for public and private clients, working across master planning, urban design and detailed landscaped architecture across the country.
Blac Projects works on projects primarily in Ngāmutu/New Plymouth and Te Whanganui-a-Tara/ Wellington via collaborations with long-time professional colleagues and companies around the country.

Building forms and cladding are varied, offering an interesting yet cohesive design that also features references to Te Atiawa identity.
