Pukekura The Parade is progressing well and remains on track with the programme – a strong result considering the challenging weather Taranaki has faced over the past month. A major milestone was achieved with the pouring of the final two foundations for Blocks G and F, meaning all eight blocks are now officially ‘out of the ground’ in construction speak. Construction across the site is advancing steadily, with various stages underway including frame and truss installation, timber and cladding application, insulation placement, and gib board linings to walls. All in-ground services have been completed and backfilled, and preparation of the accessway is currently in progress. Footpath formwork has commenced, with several storage box platforms poured.
